Aynor high school and attended CCU. I served 9 years on
the Horry County Board for Higher Education, as well as
the board of trustees. I have served as a county councilman,
as well as the President of the Republican party. I am also
a member on the board at Grand Strand Water and Sewer and
a member of Langston Baptist Church. I've been in the housing
industry for over 33 years. I have 4 kids and 7 grandchildren
whom I enjoy spending time with.

am a lifelong resident of Horry County and have been blessed
in so many ways. I was lucky enough to grow up running around
the office at Rabon's Housing Center, and cut my teeth on
manufactured home bill of sales. I am a graduate of Aynor
High School and am currently pursuing an Associates in Science
from Horry Georgetown Technical College. In 2010 my wife
Ashley and I were married and have one daughter named Paylen.
When not working or in class, I enjoy hunting, fishing,
and spending time with family and friends. I am also an
EMT and enjoy volunteering at Aynor Rescue Squad. Here at
Rabon's we pride ourselves in taking care of our clients,
and building friendships that will last a lifetime. So come

I have been married to my wife Bonnie for 24 years. We have
6 children and 24 grandchildren. I started in Real Estate
in 1995 with RABON'S HOMES and ASSOCIATED REALTY and enjoy
helping people of all income levels acquire the Americian
Dream of owning their own home. I hope to serve many more
in the coming years.
I graduated from high school while in the U.S ARMY in 1964
and worked as a production supervisor for Campbell Soup Co.until
1972. I then went into sales with FRITO-LAY and moved to Myrtle
Beach in 1979. Several years later I went into the construction
industry as an electrician, learning all phases of the construction
industry.

High School and attended Florence-Darlington Technical College

years. We have 2 wonderful children - Derek Gore and Heather
Fogle, married to my wonderful son in law Blake Fogle. I
am expecting my first grandchild this year. I attend Valley
Forge Baptist Church and have been with Rabons Housing Center
since August 2010. My job title is Administrative Assistant.
